Our trust invests private money into broker secured mortgage Notes. Eddie Luhrassebi has been our sole mortgage broker for about five or six years now. I’ve never worked with a more reliable and conscientious mortgage broker before. He is hard working (long hours) and very dedicated to his business.

Right now, we have 78 Notes collectable, all furnished by Evoque. Countless more have paid off already over the years. The normal note is between two and three years. Notes have varied in size.

Eddie definitely knows his business. When we run into different and/or difficult situations, Eddie usually has a good knowledge base of solutions for us. His ethics are high and honesty unquestionable. I know how much pressure we are under now with rising numbers of defaults and difficult borrower situations. Eddie has this multiplied over many other trustors and employees working under him. Pressure is the name of his game, and he functions fully in it.
